About The Owner
Tri-Cities Elite Tutoring (TCE) was established in 2014 by Daphne Presley, an educator, who taught in Petersburg Public School System for 15 years. She is currently a business owner and an online mentor at Appomattox Regional Governor’s School and also, I dedicated mother. She received her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Averett University in May of 2019. Daphne started TCE to reach the students in the Tri-Cities areas and surrounding counties who need personal tutoring. She desires to help every child to succeed academically. She believes that all children can learn no matter what obstacles may come their way. To reach the students at their level we take a whole-child approach at TCE, she, along with her staff, has incorporated hands-on learning, technology, as well, face-to-face instruction.

We make it our mission that students who attend Tri-cities Elite Tutoring leave with self-confidence, a better understanding of concepts and a higher level of success.
Our Goal
Our goal at Tri-Cities Elite is to bring supplemental education help to areas that have not been afforded easy access to tutors. We are aiming to create students that are more proficient in math and english by helping them create a stronger learning foundation.
